Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AdOpsHQ ("AdOpsHQ", "we", "us", or "the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our social media and advertising management platform. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

  • Account information. Information you provide to create and manage your account, such as login credentials, which are stored in encrypted or hashed form.
  • Connected platform data. When you connect a third-party platform (such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, or Bluesky), we store the access tokens needed to act on your behalf and the profile and analytics data those platforms return (for example: display name, avatar, follower and engagement counts, and the posts you create or schedule).
  • Content you create. Captions, media, campaigns, and related settings you produce or upload within the Service.
  • Usage and technical data. Basic logs needed to operate the Service, such as request metadata and approximate IP-derived information used for security and rate limiting.

How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To publish, schedule, and manage content to the third-party platforms you have connected, strictly at your direction.
  • To display analytics and performance information about your connected accounts and posts.
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs. When you connect an account, your use of that platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and privacy policy. We access only the permissions (scopes) you grant and use them only to provide the features you request. You can disconnect any platform at any time from within the Service, which revokes our stored access for that platform.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party platforms you connect (to perform the actions you request) and with infrastructure providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, after which we remove or anonymize it except where retention is required for legal or security reasons.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data, encrypted session handling, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.

Your Choices

  • Disconnect any connected platform at any time from your settings.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
  • Stop using the Service and close your account.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
